With decades of experience in the real estate field, Ciura has been involved in some of the country’s most high profile retail developments and urban revitalizations as The Somerset Collection, The Gardens of the Palm Beaches, Campus Martius Detroit, Faneuil Hall, Mayfaire Town Center, among many others. Starting her career with the General Growth Properties, Cindy has held executive positions with GGP, The Forbes Company, and Schostak Brothers & Company before establishing CC Consulting in 2005.
The consulting firm specializes in the real estate field and provides retail attraction, business development, marketing, brokerage, and public relations services for companies from coast to coast. Cindy has been featured in national publications such as SELF magazine, Real Estate Forum, Crain’s Business, Shopping Center Business, SCT, D Business, and others and has been recognized with several national awards.
Ciura is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers/ICSC along with serving on community/charitable committees and the Board of Directors with such organizations as The Humane Society of the US, Michigan Humane, and the Pontiac Strand Theatre.

In 2005, Shawn relocated to Naples, FL, where he services many of his clients from the Midwest purchasing Real Estate in Florida.
