As one of the premier shopping districts in the US, Fifth Ave S. hired CC Consulting to assist with retail attraction efforts to strengthen the tenant mix in this world class address. 

The City of Birmingham retained CC Consulting to assist with the retail attraction efforts of this high-profile upscale City to assist with strengthening their existing tenant mix and bring national retailers to this desirable location. 

CC Consulting was retained by the City of Longwood to assist with bringing new retail concepts not currently represented in the overall Orland market. These projects include some large development sites including former dog tracks.

Robert B. Aikens retained CC Consulting to assist with the development of this 15-acre mixed use property, which will be the future home of Asian-themed Sukura Way. 

Tasks include the overall marketing and branding of the property as well as restaurant attraction and public relations responsibilities.

This world class lighting and design firm with clients including Disney and MGM, retained CC Consulting to assist with business development efforts aimed connecting with mixed use and retail developers as well as high profile architectural firms including public relations responsibilities.

Olympia Development (development arm of Ilitch Holdings- Little Caesars, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings) retained CC Consulting over a 6-year period to assist with the due diligence process of developing a 50-block area in the heart of the City of Detroit. This arena-anchored project is a mixed-use development. Tasks included developer, anchor, and retail attraction services.
